Basic Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 black tea bags (or loose tea equivalent)
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 1 lemon to decorate
- mint, amount needed
- ice
Elaboration
- Bring the water to a boil and add the 6 tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bags and add the honey. Stir well.
- Let it cool. Then take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Cut the lemon into slices and add it to the iced tea.
- Add ice and mint, and stir.

- 6 bags of green tea (or its equivalent in tea leaves)
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 cup of blueberries
- mint, amount needed
Elaboration
- Heat the water to 90ÂșC and turn off the heat.
- Add the tea bags, blueberries, and mint leaves.
- Let infuse for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool. Then take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with ice.

Iced green tea with lemon and basil

Elaboration
- Heat the water and add it to a pitcher with the basil and tea bags. If you wish, you can sweeten with honey.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- Remove tea bags (and basil leaves, if desired).
