You can buy tapioca pearls in stores that sell Chinese products or make them at home with tapioca flour, cocoa, and white or black sugar.
Almost Basic Bubble Tea:
If it’s your first time, you can start with the original Bubble Tea with a little modification: condensed milk to replace part of the regular milk.
Ingredients for two glasses:
2 tablespoon of condensed milk
1/2 cup of milk
2 handfuls of tapioca pearls
1 and a half cups of water
1 cup of sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Preparation:
Cook the tapioca pearls together with the water and boil for ten minutes.
Let cool and meanwhile prepare the black tea.
Prepare a thick syrup on the fire using half a cup of water and half of sugar.
In two tall transparent glasses distribute the tea equally, add the milk and a tablespoon of condensed milk in each one. Add the ice and distribute the tapioca pearls.
Shake with the straw or long spoon until everything comes together.
This original recipe has the distinctive touch of the best black tea and the sweetness of condensed milk. The pearls leave the lasting flavor of chocolate on the palate. Do not miss it.
Bubble tea and strawberries
A western Boba Tea is not such if it does not have fruits, so you will see that the mixture of black tea and strawberries is so perfect that it deserves to stay forever.
Ingredients for two tall glasses:
6 bags of black tea with Bergamot
Hot water
Ice
1/2 cup of milk cream
2 cups of strawberries 1 cup of tapioca pearls
Preparation:
Chop 3 strawberries by hand. Pass the rest through processing until there is a liquid puree.
Add 2 cups of hot water to the black tea bags. Let it cool.
In a shaker or large jar with a lid, place the strawberries, the tea, and a handful of ice. Cover and mix vigorously.
Pour this mixture into the 2 glasses and add half of the cream and the tapioca pearls to each one.
You can change the strawberries for any other seasonal fruit.
Hot chocolate and raspberry bubble tea
This Bubble tea warms the atmosphere to the most southern areas and is also for those with a sweet tooth. A true delight.
Ingredients for two glasses:
6 bags of Sweetea black tea
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup raspberries (or blueberries or strawberries)
4 tablespoons of syrup with brown sugar
1 cup of milk
¾ cup cocoa or chocolate powder
2 tablespoons cooked tapioca pearls
Preparation:
Process the raspberries.
Prepare the syrup with equal parts of water and black sugar on the fire until it takes consistency.
Heat the milk add the cocoa or chocolate.
In two cups of hot water add the tea bags and let it steep for 2 minutes.
In each clear tall glass place half of the raspberries at the bottom, the black tea and the hot chocolate milk. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup to each glass and top with the whipped cream and decorate each glass with a tablespoon of tapioca pearls.
If you want to give it an even more exotic touch, replace the black tea with chai tea.

Ingredients
2 green tea bags Panfried
¼ cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of syrup
cold milk
Ice
2 tablespoons cream cheese
¼ cup cream
1 tablespoon tapioca pearls
Preparation:
In a bowl, place the 2 green tea bags with the hot water and let it rest so that you get a well-concentrated tea.
Prepare a syrup with half a cup of water and half of sugar on the fire. Let it cool.
In a tall clear glass or jar, pour the tea, syrup, cold milk, ice, and tapioca pearls until ¾ of the glass is covered.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and milk cream with a mixer until it has a consistency like chantilly cream. Fill the rest of the glass with this cream, add a straw and you are ready to enjoy!
