How to prepare chai tea: Use a bowl or pot to mix the spices. The black tea bags are left for a maximum of 5 minutes and removed . Bring the water to a boil in another pot and add all the spices already mixed. Just when it starts to boil, turn off the heat, cover the pot and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for another 7 minutes. When serving, strain the infusion.
