  • Recipe: 5 spoons of star anise, 2 spoons of juniper berries, 2 spoons of sweet orange peel, a spoon of licorice root. Put a teaspoon of the mixture in 200 ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Turn off and leave to infuse for one minute. Filter, drink.
  • Use: it is excellent in the morning for breakfast and as a snack, or when you crave sugary foods. It can also be taken for long periods. The ideal is to drink it for three weeks, take a week off and then start again.
