To prepare this interesting recipe you must previously gather the following ingredients:

  • 120 grams of cocoa butter.
  • 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • 1 spoon of vanilla.
  • ¼ tablespoon of salt.
  • 2/3 cup macademia nuts
  • A teaspoon of powder works.
  • Two tablespoons of Genmaicha.

How is it prepared:

  1. In a saucepan over low heat add: cocoa butter, honey, vanilla and salt.
  2. Let it melt completely, remove from the heat and let it infuse for minutes.
  3. Blend the macademia nuts in a food processor, until completely smooth. From time to time the sides will need to be scraped.
  4. Next, add the cocoa butter and matcha to the blender. Mix well.

  8. This preparation can be kept for up to two weeks.

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry dough.
  • 200 grams of minced beef.
  • A small chopped onion.
  • 2 shitake mushrooms chopped
  • Two tablespoons of flour.
  • 220 ml of water.

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat the pan and once hot, add the chopped onion.
  2. When the onions are clear, add the mushrooms.

  5. Now to prepare the tea: pour hot water at 95º C over the Genmaicha tea.
  6. Add the flour to the meat and mushroom mixture.

  9. Stretch the puff pastry and serve the warm preparation on it.
  10. Fold the puff pastry and close it.
  11. Put in the oven at about 200º C.
